99 Toyota 4Runner. Need to know how to program new keys without any old master key.

       Contacted by Locksmith that built and cut new keys but cannot proceed without a Master Key. Is it possible with the IM 608?

    Yes, with new keys not a problem IF the new keys have the correct chip . All the info is
    in the 608.

     Thanks, they sent the module in to be virginized and they will try again.
